An Exceptional Location
The Oasis is located at the very tip of Isle of Venice, on a unique 4 acre plot of land bordered on three sides by an astonishing 1600 linear feet of navigable canals. The isle, a quarter mile long strip of land lying north from Las Olas Boulevard East, is accessed through a quaint bridge.
The location of the Oasis makes it worthy of its name. The street which lines the isle ends in front of the Oasis gates, thus ensuring a quiet location free of vehicular traffic, within walking distance to both the beach and the downtown core, yet free of the noise and bustle of either.
Isle of Venice is the only one of the four so-called Nurmi Isles north of Las Olas which was zoned from its inception for multi-family use. We are fortunate to enjoy our cooperative community in such a wonderful location.
Our Residences
Sixteen two-story, four unit villas are disposed right on the waterfront on along both sides and the tip of the isle. Each villa enjoys unobstructed water views from the living area, and shares its own patio-dock right at water's edge.
Many of the villas enjoy a view of the centrally located pool in a garden setting.
The tower is a five story building situated right on the waterfront.
A penthouse occupies the fifth floor. Each of the other floors contains four units. These have either a two bedroom two bath layout, or a large one bedroom one bath floor plan. Every unit boasts full water views as well as a large private patio.
Our Community
The Oasis is a cooperative community, and its 78 owners are organized into a lively association. Our owners are a mix of snowbirds and permanent residents. Each owner holds a proprietary lease on their unit. The land is owned by a separate land trust entity. Our property is professionally managed, with an on-site manager.
